IECA Members Gear Up For Association’s Future
The CORE Erosion Control team attended the IECA Annual Meeting of the Members, which began on February 27, 2024 for an insightful journey into the future direction of IECA and the exciting path ahead.
This year’s venue was at the Spokane ConventionCenter in Spokane, Washington.
The IECA conference brought together the industry’s most innovative minds in the erosion and sediment control and stormwater industries.
“This was a great opportunity for all parties to meet face to face and talk about what needs they have and how CORE can assist with them,” CORE Operations Manager Dwayne Trafka said. “It was a good time each CORE salesman to meet with their perspective reps one on one to discuss their business needs for their territories and get pertinent information to prepare for the upcoming peak season.“
This gathering promised the latest updates on IECA’s strategic direction from the IECA Board of Directors, offering a unique opportunity to understand where they’re headed as an organization.
The CORE team gained valuable insights, engaged in discussions and contributed to shaping IECA’s trajectory, while meeting numerous distributors and greeting key team members.
The CORE sales team got to spend time together building relationships and focusing on customer needs moving forward.
The conference allows those to connect with thousands of colleagues from around the world to engage in cutting-edge educational sessions while earning professional development hours and accessing one of the largest expo halls in the industry.
“The trip has been successful in many ways. It brought us closer as a team, allowed us to build on current customer relationships while making new relationships and serving our customers to the fullest extent, as it’s the Millwood way.” Trafka said.
